Returns

As a general rule, we do not accept returns or refunds due to customer preference.


In the Event of a Defective Product

Every effort is made to ensure the highest quality of our products. However, if you receive an item with a defect—such as an incorrect item, damage, or staining—please contact us within 3 days of receiving the product.

Upon confirmation, please return the item using cash on delivery (freight collect). We will promptly arrange a replacement or refund.


Returns Due to Customer Preference

We do not accept returns or refunds for reasons such as differences in image or personal preference.
