Shipping Information
Shipping methods:
Orders shipped outside the United States are delivered via EMS (Japan Post).
Orders shipped to the United States are delivered via Yamato Transport International Delivery.
- Delivery time: Approximately 40 business days after order confirmation
- Tracking: A tracking number is provided for all international shipments
- Customs duties: Customs duties and import taxes may apply depending on the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer

Customs Duties & Import Taxes
Please note that customs duties, import taxes, and customs clearance fees may be imposed on international shipments. All such charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
Whether duties or taxes apply, and the amount charged, depend on the regulations of the destination country or region, as well as the type and value of the goods. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and shipping carriers, and therefore we are unable to inform you of the exact amount in advance.
These fees may be collected at the time of delivery or billed directly by the shipping carrier.
Please note that we do not accept cancellations or returns due to customs duties, taxes, or related charges. Thank you for your understanding.

- 1. Production Period & Time Until Shipment SANAX products are made to order, with each pair handcrafted individually by skilled artisans. For this reason, it generally takes approximately 40 days after order confirmation before your order is shipped.
- 2. Delivery Time & Possible Delays Delivery times after shipment may vary depending on factors such as weather conditions, customs clearance procedures, and local delivery circumstances.
- 3. Shipping Restrictions & Prohibited Items Depending on the regulations of the destination country or region, certain items may not be eligible for shipment, or shipping restrictions may apply.
- 4. Unclaimed Packages or Refused Delivery If a package is returned due to prolonged absence, refusal of delivery, or other reasons attributable to the customer, reshipment or refunds may not be available.
- 5. Incorrect Shipping Address If the shipping address provided at checkout is incorrect or incomplete, we may not be able to offer reshipment or refunds.
- 6. Returns & Exchanges Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, returns or exchanges are not accepted unless the item is defective. Thank you for your understanding.
